At one corner of the field, a stack of cloth-draped wooden boxes rests atop a
sturdy table. Tiers of glass bottles cover the surface, forming a pyramid. The
barker stands beside the display, juggling wooden rings as he calls out to
passers-by, enticing them to try their luck at the ring-toss game. You also see
a gaudily clothed barker, a scoreboard, and a sign.
Obvious paths: west.
A sign reads:
"Test your aim at the Ring Toss game, 50 lirums (give money to barker)"
The barker is a pudgy Halfling man with a reddish nose and curly brown hair. He wears a silver-edged scarlet vest with a rumpled linen shirt and a pair of shabby grey tweed trousers. He juggles three rings as he calls out to passers-by, trying to entice them to try his contest of skill and accuracy. A sign rests against a nearby barrel, reading "Test your aim, 50 copper lirums."

[Fairegrounds Clearing]
A mown grass clearing merges into a scythed hayfield, providing a level surface
for the merchant tents and games. Grasshoppers flick through the cut stalks,
dancing to the rhythm of a distant troupe of merry-makers. You also see an
orange tent with purple stripes, a yellow silk tent, a huge pile of hay with
some fence posts around it, and a blue canvas tent.
